During a distance-education conference Ray Schroeder, director of UIS' Office of Technology-Enhanced Learning, raised the prospect that the university and others may have to reexamine online-enrollment restrictions as budget pressures mount.

Schroeder was featured in an article in The Chronicle of Higher Education.
