University of Illinois Springfield junior outfielder Trey Hannam received Great Lakes Valley Conference first-team baseball honors Wednesday.
Hannam is tied for third in the conference with 12 home runs and has UIS' second-best batting average at .342. He has played in seven fewer games than most GLVC players and ranks sixth in RBIs per game with 1.0. Hannam has a team-high 43 RBIs and has scored 41 runs. He is first or second in seven offensive categories.
Junior designated hitter Jason Galeano and freshman catcher John Sechen were named to the second team.
